After the walk, we visit the thermal baths of Caldes de Montbui, dating back to Roman times, where natural spring water emerges at high temperature (around 70°C at its source), creating a unique and deeply relaxing experience. Back at the house, there is time to unwind and close the day with a short guided meditation, leaving you with a sense of calm and reconnection.
