What you can expect

  • Begin your experience by walking through the garden to collect seasonal ingredients, including vegetables, herbs, and eggs. Then, follow the slow rhythms of the countryside as you prepare traditional recipes, mostly vegetarian and plant-based.

    Guided step by step, use the daily foraging to prepare traditional recipes, including fresh handmade pasta (pici, tagliatelle, gnudi), classic Italian sauces (pesto, tomato sauce, vegetable ragù), seasonal vegetable dishes (parmigiana, broccoli flan, pumpkin casserole, vegetable frittata), and traditional desserts (tiramisù, wine biscuits).
