What you can expect

Have you ever wanted to create a chocolate that really says something about you?

Step into our traditional craft workshop in the heart of Modica, in Ragusa, and enjoy a creative and sensory experience dedicated to cocoa lovers.

You'll immediately dive into the most fun part of the experience: chocolate processing.
Starting from the cocoa mass made with the artisanal bean-to-bar method, you can personalise every detail of your bar: decide on the percentage and origin of the cocoa, experiment with flavours, ingredients and original combinations until you create a chocolate that is truly yours.

Smell, taste, choose.
Decide on the percentage of cocoa, explore flavours, textures, and special ingredients, then shape your own personal creation.

While the chocolate takes shape, we will take you on a guided food tasting to help you discover the scents, aromatic notes, and characteristics of the different origins of cacao.

At the end of the experience, you will package your handmade bar and take it with you as an authentic souvenir of your day in Modica.
