You will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to the pier, where you'll board a boat heading to Mnemba Island. Situated off the northern coast near Matemwe, Mnemba Island is renowned for its incredible snorkelling in the Indian Ocean. Upon arrival, you’ll have the opportunity to snorkel in the island’s crystal-clear waters, which are full of vibrant marine life. Mnemba is a vital breeding site for turtles, and you may also spot dolphins, schools of fish, whale sharks, and, depending on the time of year, humpback whales. The snorkelling team will supply all the necessary equipment. If you're lucky, you might even swim with dolphins. Afterwards, relax on the island, enjoy the pleasant weather, and treat yourself to fresh seasonal fruits. Finally, you will be taken back to the pier by boat, where transport will be waiting to return you to your hotel.
