The Bosque Energético de Miramar (Buenos Aires, Argentina) is a 5-hectare area of pine trees, just 1 km from the Atlantic Ocean. It was planted more than 100 years ago to stabilise the terrain of quicksand and living dunes, but in this particular space… the trees grow in a very strange way, drawing towards each other and forming a dome inside, like a church. As we enter on foot, hearing its stories, myths, and legends, we begin to feel the benefits of the clean air and relaxation that this place offers us, where we take part in tests and experiences that surprise the analytical mind!
One of the most eagerly awaited moments (after balancing on two barely supported branches, which seem to levitate) is the Guided Meditation with the Trees, where we reconnect deeply with Nature and with ourselves, to release the burdens of stress and everyday life, and to nourish ourselves again with the vital energy that this Forest emanates.
Finally, with our cell phones and cameras, we go on a little photo safari looking for the Forest's Elves and Elementals…
