We will start this experience with a walk of approximately 4 kilometres through the heart of the vineyard, where we will explain to you the unique characteristics of Champagne vineyards, the specific features of the Massif de Saint-Thierry terroir, and the various tasks carried out in the vineyards throughout the year.
We will then continue with a comprehensive tour of our facilities – the press, the vat room, the ageing cellar, and more – so you can understand all the stages involved in making Champagne!
To round off this experience, we will taste 3 of our organic Champagne cuvées so that you can savour the fruits of all this hard work!
