What you can expect

  • Begin your tour at the Cathédrale de la Major, a breathtaking neo-Byzantine masterpiece. With its iconic striped limestone and massive scale, it stands as a gateway between the sea and the city.

Next, step into Le Panier, the oldest area in Marseille. Wander through a labyrinth of narrow cobblestone alleys, pastel-colored buildings, and vibrant street art that feels like a village hidden within a metropolis.

Descend to the Vieux-Port (Old Port), the beating heart of Marseille. For over 2,600 years, this harbour has been the centre of life here. Walk along the quays where fishermen still sell their morning catch under the sleek, modern Vieux-Port Pavilion.

Finish your journey at the Opéra de Marseille, a stunning example of Art Deco architecture built on the site of a traditional 18th-century opera house. It stands as a symbol of the city's rich cultural elegance.
