The panoramic terrace at the second floor overlooks the Ettore and Infersa Salt Pans in Marsala, which have been active and productive since Phoenician times (7th century B.C.) and the majestic 16th-century Windmill, a true jewel of industrial archaeology that is still fully functional today. A testimony to an ancient and precious art, the production and harvesting of sea salt.
