  • Throwing any item over the edge of the Skypark Observation Deck is strictly prohibited.
  • Guests must wear footwear – bare feet are not permitted
  • Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
  • Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited
  • Sands SkyPark Observation Deck is subject to inclement weather. If rain or lightning is present, then the SkyPark Observation Deck may be closed. No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made in cases of inclement weather.
  • If the selected timeslot is not available, travellers will be provided with an admission ticket for the nearest available timeslot to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
