10:15 AM: Meet and greet with David in front of the Parc ornithologique des Oiseaux du Marais poitevin,
10:30 AM: Board a traditional boat for a peaceful, guided ride on the waterways of the wild Marais.
12:15 PM: Lunch in the park, enjoying fresh and tasty local products. The typical Marais Poitevin picnic is prepared by Stéphane, the Damvix caterer (starter and wine at an additional cost). Please pay close attention when choosing the number of participants at the bottom when booking).

Afternoon: Discover Elosparc Park and the Cornet artisanal soap factory, and meet the animals
1:45 PM: Guided bike tour to the land of the donkeys, to meet Quentin, son of the owners of the Elosparc donkey farm/soap factory.
3:15 PM: Special encounter with the Baudets du Poitou, an iconic donkey breed of the region, in the heart of their pasture.
4:15 PM: Visit to the soap factory with Christelle, the manager and soap maker, and discovery of her handmade creations based on natural products.
