Begin with a freediving theory session where you will learn how safely hold your breath, equalise, duck dive, and fin effectively. You'll gain relaxation and mindfulness techniques to help you hold your breath and stay underwater longer.

Then, head to the ocean for a 1.5-hour freediving session at one of Sydney's most abundant marine reserves in Manly. Explore the underwater world, diving up to 10 metres deep.
