What you can expect

  • Join a cooking class in Madrid and learn how to make some of Spain's most iconic tapas. Enjoy a hands-on experience with a professional chef who will guide you step by step through the recipes.

    Begin with a welcome glass of cava and a cheese and charcuterie board. Then, dive into the cooking class, where you’ll make 5 traditional Spanish tapas. Take advantage of your chef’s knowledge and ask as many questions as you want.

    Once you’ve created your tapas, head to our dining room, converted from a 120-year-old wine cellar, and sit together at a communal table. Enjoy the tapas you made, along with a main dish and dessert prepared by the chef, making this experience a 7-course tasting menu.

    Pair your meal with a bottomless wine pairing of 5 different Spanish wines. Leave with a PDF recipe booklet so you can recreate the dishes at home.
