We sail towards Ponta de São Lourenço, passing dramatic cliffs, volcanic landscapes and hidden coastal areas only accessible by sea.
Once we arrive, you’ll step onto a secluded wooden deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean for a guided Vinyasa yoga flow combining mindful alignment, fluid movement and functional mobility. Accessible to all levels, the practice is designed to help you reconnect with your body, release tension and fully immerse yourself in the energy of the ocean.
After the practice, enjoy free time to swim in crystal-clear waters, relax in the sun and take in the scenery before heading back along the coastline.
