Introductory pole dancing class of 1.5 hours, for everyone! No prerequisites required, suitable for all ages.
We'll start with a short warm-up, then explore a dozen static and “spinning” pole figures, followed by a mini-choreography for all levels.

You'll have a moment to take photos or film yourself (optional) and access to the kitchen and sofa area (tea, coffee, soft drinks, filtered water) throughout the session.
You can ask the teacher for a short demo at the end.
