    • Praça Dom Luís I 30, 1200-152 Lisboa, Portugal | You will be picked on level -1 (underground) of the “Parque Mercado da Ribeira” parking garage. The entrance to the parking lot is in front of number 30 at Praça Dom Luís I, across from the Blade restaurant. Upon arrival, go down the stairs to level -1 and follow the Eco Tuk Tuk signs; there you will find your guide waiting for you inside the parking garage next to the tuk tuks. We do not have a physical point as such at this pick-up point, but you can contact us by phone or WhatsApp at any time. The tuk tuks are usually always punctual during pickup, but sometimes there is traffic and they are a few minutes late. If the tuk tuk is not at the pick-up point at the exact time of your reservation, you may contact the activity provider, so they can tell you exactly what time it will arrive. Whenever there is any delay, you will be notified as far in advance as possible at the phone number you have indicated.
