This culinary city tour takes you off the beaten track through the oldest districts of Lisbon in the afternoon and into the evening.
As we stroll through winding streets and discover hidden places, we'll stop at small restaurants and try Portuguese cuisine - accompanied by stories from your city guide in German.
The “petiscos” we offer represent the diverse Portuguese gastronomy. The concept is similar to Spanish tapas, but the dishes themselves are not comparable.
In a small group of no more than 10 participants, we'll stroll through the old districts of Mouraria, Graça, São Vicente, and Castelo on this culinary tour.
The whole tour lasts 3.5 hours, but you'll only be walking for about an hour (including a steep climb at the start!). That means we'll have plenty of time to sit, eat, drink, and get to know each other.
During our walk, we'll discover various curiosities and marvel at street art projects by unknown and well-known artists like Camilla Watson.
The price of the Lisbon Food Tour includes:
7 hearty petiscos (3 meat, 2 fish/seafood, 2 vegetarian)
1 dessert/pastry
Two glasses of wine
1 water
1 glass of port wine
The culinary tour ends on an unofficial viewing platform near Lisbon Castle with breathtaking views of Lisbon and one of the city's best pasteis de nata.
The amount of food is enough to fill you up, so you won't need dinner afterwards. If you like, you can end the evening at the viewpoint with a drink on your own.
