We start at Plaza Mayor, where you'll learn about the history of Lima's founding and its main landmarks before stopping at a traditional sweet shop to taste the classic ranfañote, one of the oldest desserts in Lima's cuisine.

We continue to one of the city's most iconic spots to enjoy pan con chicharrón accompanied by chicha morada, the favourite breakfast of many Lima residents for generations.

Then we'll head into Chinatown, where you'll discover the influence of Chinese immigration on Peruvian gastronomy while sampling a selection of authentic dim sum and strolling through its colourful streets full of history and tradition.

The experience continues on a rooftop with one of the best views of Plaza Mayor, where you'll toast with a classic Pisco Sour while taking in the historic heart of Lima from above.
