The experience is a multi-stage journey that lets you explore, one by one, key aspects of the brewery's history. After a brief introduction on how the Birra Salento project was born and an in-depth look at the agricultural supply chain, you'll enter the brewery: in the ingredients room, you'll be able to touch and smell the ingredients that are the basis of our brewing creations; in the production area, you'll discover the stages that lead to the creation of our beer. Here you'll have the chance to taste a type of beer taken directly from the maturation tank.
At the end of this journey, we'll move on to an aperitif on our panoramic mezzanine, where you'll taste three types of beer with three food pairings created by our chef using, among other ingredients, beer and noble beer scraps. It will be a special occasion where our experts will tell you curious anecdotes about the brewing world and how to create food-beer pairings.
