What you can expect

  • Yoan, a fan of Chinese medicine for 20 years, will welcome you on the rooftop at magnificent Bonita Beach, surrounded by palm trees.

The journey starts with a 20-minute body warm-up using specific movements to prepare your lungs to receive a different flow of oxygen. Once you have opened your diaphragm, Yoan will help you lie down comfortably and guide you through your breathing journey, increasing the level slightly with each round. At the end of the exercise, you will have 10 minutes to yourself to return to reality feeling deeply relaxed.

Then it is time for a 30-second ice bath. This is the minimum time needed to get benefits such as reducing inflammation and boosting your immune system. Please do not use a towel directly afterwards because your body has to warm itself up. Yoan will show you some movements to help.

Congratulations. You can thank yourself for taking the time to care for yourself.
