Experience the excitement of surfing in Gran Canaria with a professional group surf lesson designed for beginners and those still developing their skills.

This special package is for two participants booking together, such as couples, friends, or family members. Both receive a discounted price and join a regular group surf lesson. It is not a private or semi-private lesson.

Your experience begins with pickup from selected hotels and areas in the south of Gran Canaria. You will then travel to our surf school, where the team will prepare the correct wetsuit and surfboard according to your height, experience, and ability.

Before entering the water, your certified surf instructor will explain essential safety rules, ocean conditions, paddling, board positioning, how to stand up, and how to catch your first waves. The session also includes a warm-up and practical exercises on the beach.

The surf location is selected daily according to the waves, wind, tide, and safety conditions. This allows the instructors to choose the most suitable beach for learning. Depending on conditions, the activity may take place near Maspalomas, Playa del Inglés, or another suitable surf spot in Gran Canaria.

You will spend approximately two hours in the water with your instructor. You will practise paddling, catching waves, standing up, maintaining balance, controlling the board, and understanding basic ocean safety. The instructor will adapt the exercises to the different levels in the group.

The complete experience lasts approximately four hours, including hotel pickup and return transfer, transport to the beach, equipment preparation, the theoretical and safety briefing, warm-up, beach practice, and approximately two hours of surfing in the water.

The exact return time may vary slightly depending on the beach selected, traffic, ocean conditions, and your accommodation location. However, the time in the water remains approximately two hours.

Surf lessons are provided in English and Spanish throughout the year. Additional languages may occasionally be available depending on the season and the instructors working at that time, but they cannot be guaranteed.

All necessary equipment is included, including a surfboard adapted to your level and a wetsuit. Professional instruction, activity insurance, mineral water, and an energy bar are also included.

When ocean and safety conditions allow, the team may use the final 10 to 15 minutes to take complimentary surfing photos. This free service is not guaranteed, as the instructor’s attention must always remain focused on participant safety and water conditions.
