Lapland is still the largest wilderness in Europe today. Part of it is the 5,600 km² Vindelfjäll nature reserve, our trekking area. There are no roads, no houses, no paths and only a few bridges over the rivers. It is the land of reindeer herds.
We hike through ancient birch forests, past rushing rivers and rest alongside bubbling streams along the way.
A trekking day includes around 6 - 7 hours of hiking (including breaks) before we pitch our tents at crystal-clear mountain lakes.

Note: This tour is planned as a circular tour. Alternatively, this tour can also be started with a helicopter flight, which takes us deep into the nature reserve. The return journey then takes three days of trekking back to civilisation.
