Overview

  • Live an authentic experience with a regional Italian cooking course in an original 1950s Lombard residence on Lake Maggiore. The meeting point is a choice between Arona and Angera.

    You will learn the basics of local cuisine by preparing the iconic traditional spaghetti alla chitarra and a delicious tiramisu, with variations dedicated to allergies, intolerances, or dietary needs. The evening continues with a convivial dinner to enjoy together what has been cooked in a warm and familiar atmosphere.

    The experience includes a rich tasting of local products from the farm with cold cuts, cheeses, jams, preserves, and local liqueurs, accompanied by stories about Italian culture, art, music, and folklore.

    You will also be able to interact and play with the cute pets and yard animals of the house. It is an initiative suitable for the whole family and free for children up to 10 years old.

Activity location: direct arrival by car in Angera (large parking available). In the kitchen You will learn to prepare two Italian classics: Spaghetti alla chitarra, handmade with the historic "Chitarrina". Tiramisu, the most loved Italian dessert. Customisable menu during reservation for allergies, intolerances, or preferences. Tasting and relaxation Enjoy local products from km 0 (cured meats, cheeses, preserves, and liqueurs) and relax in the tranquility of the facility, between moments in the open air and the company of the pets. The experience concludes with a convivial dinner based on the prepared dishes, good wine, and lots of laughter. Free for children up to 10 years old.
