Villa Cagni Troubetzkoy is a charming historic residence located in Blevio, overlooking the waters of Lake Como. Built around 1850 by Russian Prince Alexander Troubetzkoy, the Villa owes its double name to the famous Italian admiral and explorer Umberto Cagni, who later resided there. In addition to its elegant architecture, the estate has always enchanted with its wonderful terraced botanical gardens that gently descend to the water, offering a truly spectacular and romantic view

Villa Pliniana is a magnificent and mysterious historic residence located in Torno, in an isolated inlet of Lake Como. Built in 1573, it takes its name from a peculiar source of intermittent water, already described in Roman times by Pliny the Elder and Pliny the Younger, which flows right inside the courtyard of the structure. Immersed in dense vegetation and overlooking the water, the Villa is famous for its romantic and somewhat melancholic charm, which over the centuries has bewitched illustrious guests such as Napoleon, Lord Byron, Percy Shelley and Gioachino Rossini.
