Our dishes use traditional dashi made from fish or kombu (seaweed).
We use gluten-free soya sauce with no wheat, creating flavourful and satisfying meals.
Halal Kaiseki Dinner
We offer vegetable-focused meals using halal-certified ingredients and seasonings, carefully prepared to provide a satisfying dining experience.
Standard Kaiseki Dinner
Enjoy fish, meat, and seasonal Kyoto vegetables, plus black soya beans served with wishes for health. Healthy, comforting dishes. Menu may change with season/availability.
Vegan Kaiseki Dinner
Our vegan meals are vegetable-focused and fully plant-based.
We use kombu (seaweed) dashi instead of fish-based broth, and replace meat and fish with tofu-based ingredients and plant-based soya meat, creating flavourful and satisfying Japanese dishes.
