We'll start with a welcome champagne in the adjacent vineyard of our winery. There, the elaborate work of the winemaker awaits you. You can take a close look at narrow-gauge tractors and modern vineyard technology. After visiting the wine press and grape press, you'll head down into the winemaker's sacred halls. In the wine cellar, you'll learn the secrets of winemaking among traditional wooden barrels and gleaming stainless steel tanks. In our champagne factory, you'll get detailed information on champagne production using the traditional method. Here you can marvel at our bottling plant, the disgorging line, and much, much more.
During the second champagne tasting, you'll get to disgorge your own champagne. You determine the flavour with your desired dosage. You'll also handle the corking and sealing yourself. You can show off your creative skills when designing the label.
