What you can expect

A trip around City centre Kingston that gives the full experience of Jamaican music culture. On this three hour bus tour, visitors will have the opportunity to take in the iconic sites that produced the sounds that contributed to Jamaica’s world-renowned Reggae music and glean riveting insights into the lives and inspiration of Bob Marley and other legendary musical greats. At the famous Rockers International - the sole operating record shop on “Beat Street”, guests have an opportunity to groove to oldies but goodies belted out on pressed vinyl during an audiovisual trip down memory lane before moving on to the revered “Culture Yard” where Bob Marley once lived and where he wrote the iconic “No Woman No Cry”. In a guided tour at Culture Yard, guests glean an insight into the history of Trench town and view the various spaces showcasing instruments and artefacts used by Bob Marley, Peter Tosh and Bunny Wailer. From beginning to end, this tour pulsates with Jamaica’s fascinating musical history and legacy.
