The adventure begins when we pick you up at your hotel in David, and then we head to the departure area.
We'll get into the kayaks and give you a quick introduction to the area and how to use the kayaks.
We'll paddle through one of the most biodiverse ecosystems in the world. You'll see how intertwined roots emerge from the water, creating the perfect habitat for a wide variety of birds, mammals, and reptiles. If we're lucky, we'll see birds like toucans, howler monkeys, and spider monkeys, among others.
For two and a half hours of kayaking, you'll witness the richness of this ecosystem, which is vital for the oceans. The Chiriquí coast is home to the second largest mangrove forest in the country. Plus, its proximity to the Pacific coral reefs makes it super important.
Finally, when we get back to dry land, we'll head back to David, where we'll drop you off at your hotel.
