Escape the city and experience the wildlife of Nepal on a 3-day jungle adventure to Chitwan National Park. Located in the subtropical plains of southern Nepal, the park is famous for its rich biodiversity and is home to the rare one-horned rhinoceros, crocodiles, deer, and hundreds of bird species.

Your journey begins in Kathmandu with an early morning hotel pickup and transfer to the tourist bus station. Enjoy a scenic 5–7 hour drive through rivers, hills, and rural landscapes as you travel to Sauraha, the gateway to Chitwan National Park.

Upon arrival, our representative will greet you at the bus station and transfer you to your jungle lodge. Over the next two days, enjoy exciting jungle activities including a canoe ride on the Rapti River, a guided jungle walk, and a jeep safari inside the national park. You will also visit a traditional Tharu village to learn about the local culture and watch a lively Tharu cultural dance performance.

This short safari getaway offers the perfect mix of wildlife adventure, nature exploration, and cultural discovery. After your stay in Chitwan, return to Kathmandu by tourist bus, where our team will transfer you back to your hotel.

Itinerary

Day 1: Kathmandu to Chitwan National Park
Early morning hotel pickup around 06:00 AM and transfer to the tourist bus station. Travel by tourist bus to Chitwan (approximately 5–7 hours). Upon arrival in Sauraha, meet our representative and transfer to your jungle lodge. After check-in and lunch, visit a nearby Tharu village to experience local culture and traditional lifestyle. In the evening, enjoy a beautiful sunset view along the Rapti River, followed by a Tharu cultural dance performance. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 2: Jungle Safari Activities
Start the day with breakfast before heading out for exciting jungle activities. Enjoy a canoe ride along the Rapti River, where you may spot crocodiles, gharials, and water birds. Continue with a guided jungle walk and visit the Elephant Breeding Centre to learn about conservation efforts. After lunch at the lodge, go on a thrilling jeep safari or Elephant back safari at Chitwan National Park, where you may encounter wildlife. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and relaxation.

Day 3: Chitwan to Kathmandu
After breakfast, check out from the lodge and transfer to the tourist bus station for the return journey to Kathmandu. Upon arrival at Balaju Bus Station, our representative will transfer you back to your hotel, concluding your memorable Chitwan jungle safari experience.
