What you can expect

  • Enjoy a private open-air bath at a traditional inn near Kanazawa, one of Japan’s most popular tourist destinations. Located just a short distance from Shirakawa-go and Hakusan National Park, this inn is surrounded by nature.

Relax in a peaceful, private setting with your loved ones. This option is popular with couples and families with young children. Since the bath is private, guests with tattoos are welcome to bathe.

Towels, shampoo, body soap, and a hair dryer are provided, so you can come empty-handed. Face towels are available for rent free of charge. The bath area is equipped with amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, facial soap, body soap, and a hair dryer.

You can also experience “oke-zake” in the private bath. Enjoy this traditional Japanese custom of floating sake or juice in the bathwater (additional fee applies).
