After pick-ups, we drive to Lesedi Cultural Village, located in the world-famous Cradle of Humankind, north of Johannesburg (approximately a 35–45 minute drive).
On arrival, you’ll be taken on a guided tour of five traditional villages, showcasing the cultures and lifestyles of the Xhosa, Zulu, Pedi, Basotho, and Ndebele communities. You’ll be treated to an energetic song and dance performance and hear engaging stories shared by the people of Lesedi Cultural Village. Guests are encouraged to join in the dancing.
After the show, enjoy a delicious meal at Nyama Choma Restaurant, where you can sample authentic African cuisine and drinks. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, including crocodile and ostrich. The restaurant is divided into three themed areas: North Africa, East Africa, and South Africa.
At the end of a wonderful experience at Lesedi Cultural Village, your guide will drive you back to the city.
