All bookings made for this experience are subject to strict cancellation terms due to advance operational commitments.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time will be eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will be treated as non-refundable.

• No-shows or failure to arrive at the agreed meeting point on time will result in 100% cancellation charges, and no refund will be provided.

• Once the booking is confirmed, we immediately allocate resources including transport, staff, and third-party services. These costs are non-recoverable, which is why last-minute cancellations cannot be refunded.

• Any changes or rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may not always be possible within 48 hours of the experience.

• By confirming the booking, the customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges that no refunds will be issued for cancellations within the restricted time period.
