As you walk, you’ll hear how this multicultural city evolved from Roman Colonia Patricia Corduba into the intellectual capital of Europe during the Umayyad Caliphate. You’ll stroll along the banks of the Guadalquivir River, past the imposing Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos (Palace of the Christian Kings).

The tour ends at the awe-inspiring UNESCO Mosque-Cathedral site, where you’ll explore the peaceful Patio de los Naranjos (Orange Tree Courtyard) and learn about the remarkable architectural fusion that makes it unique.

We will cross the only original gate that is still standing in the ancient walls of Cordoba.

Sinagoga de Cordoba (Pass by)

We will cross in front of the ancient synagogue of Cordoba where we will explore the history of the community in this city. Although we don't enter in the audioguide, feel free to take a look inside.

Estatua de Maimonides (Pass by)

We will see the statue and explore the figure of Maimonides.

Banos del Alcazar Califal de Cordoba (Pass by)

We are going to visit the exterior of the baths of the ancient Islamic Alcazar. However the entry to these is not included in the tour.

Escultura Del Abuelo & El Nino (Pass by)

We will analyse the message behind this work of art.

Caballerizas Reales (Pass by)

We will pass in front of the Royal Stables, however the entrance to the show is not included.

Alcazar de los Reyes Cristianos (Pass by)

We will see the exteriors of the iconic Alcazar de los Reyes Cristianos, learning about its history and even its relation with the Spanish Inquisition. The entrance to the Alcazar is not included.

Molino de la Albolafia (Pass by)

We will take a look at the oldest mill in the city of Cordoba.

Roman Bridge (Pass by)

We are going to take a look to the most important engineering construction in the city, done more than two thousand years ago.

Puerta del Puente (Pass by)

We will cross the "triumph arch" of Cordoba, and will discover why it was never thought to be a triumphal arch.

Triunfo de San Rafael (Puerta del Puente) (Pass by)

We will take a brief look to this "triunfo" and will discover the figure of San Rafael in relation to the city of Cordoba.

Patio de los Naranjos (Pass by)

We are going to end in Patio de los Naranjos, the old courtyard of the Mosque of Cordoba.

We will talk about this building and surround its exteriors. However, the entrance to the interior of the monument is not included.
