Our trip starts from travellers' hotels or Casaloma Hotel, the centre of city centre Seogwipo, south of Jeju Island. (Casaloma Hotel is the pick-up location for travellers staying at hotels located outside the city centre)
First, visit Seongeup Folk Village, 50 minutes away, and feel the charm of Jeju Island's traditional villages.
Next, driving for 30 minutes by vehicle to arrive Seopjikoji where boasting its breath tatking view.
Next is Seongsan Ilchulbong=Sunrise peak, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site and a tuff cone-shaped peak. Trek while appreciating the great masterpieces sculpted by waves and wind.
- Travellers are gonna watch Jeju women diver's diving performance at the end of Sunrise peak trail.
(Whether or not the performance can be held depends on the weather and waves on the day.)
Next is driving along the Jongdal-ri coastal road to Women diver's museum.
Arrive at the Haenyeo=Women diver's Museum and take time to understand Jeju Haenyeo, an intangible cultural heritage of humanity.
Next, travel 20 minutes from the Haenyeo Museum to explore Manjanggul Cave, Jeju's second World Natural Heritage Site
On the way back, I stopped at a bus stop for travellers going to Jeju Airport or city centre of Jeju city.
The trip ends at the travellers' departure hotel or the Casaloma Hotel in city centre Seogwipo.
