What you can expect

Take a guided tour of the Aires de Jaén olive estate in Jabalquinto. Visit the farm's olive groves, see the oil mill.
Start your guided tour with a walk through the olive groves, the Finca Badenes. Visit 3 different plantations, each one practising a different form of cultivation, and learn the difference between super high density, intensive, and traditional olive farming.
Next, move on to the oil mill area. Here you'll learn about the mechanical process of obtaining extra virgin olive oil before moving on to the final part of your tour, an olive oil tasting.
Join professionals from the Aires de Jaén laboratory and learn how to do an organoleptic or sensory tasting.
