We'll start right at the heart of it all: the filling. While the chicken simmers slowly in the coconut milk, filling the air with its rich aroma, we'll dive into the dough. Using nothing but premium semolina and water, we'll work the ingredients with care until the texture is silky and perfect.

Once the pasta is rolled out, the real magic begins. We'll shape, fill, and seal our ravioli together. There's a special trick to ensuring they stay perfectly closed during cooking—a little secret I'll share only with you!

To wrap up our hard work, we'll sit at the table, enjoying our handmade creation paired with a fine glass of wine and fresh, seasonal fruit straight from the local market.
