From the pressing hall to the stainless steel vats, including the historic part of the cellar with the wooden barrels, the guided visit with commentary lets you learn more about the fermentation and wine-making processes.

After the tour, it's time for something original and fun: sabring the Crémant! Indeed, by following the live guide's instructions, each participant has the opportunity to try their hand at sabrage on a dummy bottle. The participant who performs the best sabrage wins the right to sabre a real bottle of Crémant, which will then be offered to the participants for a tasting!
