Begin with a guided exterior walk around the brewery. While the interior of the production area may not be accessible, the walk offers an opportunity to understand the architectural elements of a family-run brewery, its historical context, and how the surrounding environment influences its sake making.
Following the exterior introduction, be escorted to a comfortable tasting space inside the brewery property, where you will enjoy freshly pressed sake — sake that has been recently brewed and is not yet widely released to the public. This is a rare opportunity to experience sake at its freshest stage, when aroma, texture, and flavour are most expressive.
During the tasting, your guide will introduce each sake and explain its characteristics, the nuances of its flavour, and how elements like rice polishing, water source, and fermentation contribute to what you’re drinking.
