What you can expect
Join me on a scenic 3-hour guided hike that reveals a quieter, more authentic side of Hvar. This experience is about slowing down, enjoying nature, and discovering places most visitors never see.
We start in Hvar Town and follow coastal paths through pine forests, vineyards, and olive groves. Along the way we’ll stop at a hidden swimming spot where the Adriatic shows its most incredible shades of blue.
As we hike, I’ll share stories about the island’s plants, landscapes, and history — the small details that bring Hvar to life beyond the guidebooks.
Our destination is Malo Grablje, an abandoned stone village tucked into the hills above the sea. Walking through its quiet streets feels like stepping back in time.
After the hike comes the reward: a traditional Dalmatian lunch in a local konoba (tavern).
You’ll enjoy a welcome drink, followed by homemade dishes and dessert. The main course is peka — meat or octopus slowly cooked with vegetables and herbs under an iron bell, one of the most beloved specialities of Dalmatian cuisine.
To finish the experience comfortably, a private transfer brings us back to Hvar Town, so you can relax after the meal.
This tour is perfect for travellers who enjoy nature, local food, and discovering the island beyond the usual tourist routes.
