07:30-09:00 After picking up people from various hotels in Tunxi, take a bus through Xiuning County (Zhuangyuan County) for about 1.5 hours to reach Hongcun Scenic Area.
09:00-12:00 Hongcun (tour time about 2 hours) - built in the Shaoxi period of the Southern Song Dynasty, it has been more than 900 years. The ancient Hongcun people were unique and pioneered “bionics”. They planned and built the ancient water system cow-shaped village and artificial water system, forming a great wonder in the world's historical and cultural heritage today. The unique shape and beautiful rural scenery make it enjoy the reputation of “the village in Chinese painting”. Hongcun tour route: Nanhu - Nanhu Academy - Jingde Hall - Former Residence of Wang Daxie (Zhenqi Hall) - Yuezhao - Lexu Hall - Jingxiu Hall - Chengzhi Hall - Deyi Hall - Shuren Hall - Taoyuanju. Enjoy the folk Anhui flavour for lunch.
13:00-15:00 Visit Xidi Scenic Area, which is known as “Homes in Peach Blossom Spring”. “Xidi is an art treasure house of ancient residential buildings. “Xidi is a shining pearl on the Huangshan tourist line. It is located in the north of Huangshan and overlooks Baiyue Mountain in the south. The transport is very convenient. There are still more than 300 ancient houses from the Ming and Qing Dynasties, of which 124 are well preserved. It is known as the “Homes in the Peach Blossom Spring”. The three carvings of the Hui style on the building, brick carving, stone carving, and wood carving, are of unique craftsmanship. The patterns and branches are so delicate that they seem to break with a pinch. The students of the Academy of Fine Arts who come here to sketch are another scenery. It is also a gathering place for photography enthusiasts.
15:00-16:00 After the end, send back to the hotel, high-speed rail or voluntarily check in [Hubuqi Snack Street]-[Hui Cuisine Museum], and freely stroll and eat Huizhou special snacks (baofu dumplings, jiaotou noodles, tarts, etc.), at your own expense.
