Lake Tulpar-Kol

Start from Sary-Mogol to Tulpar-Kol lake. The trail takes you through rolling pastures, alpine meadows, and along the Alay valley. The views are dominated by the Lenin Peak (7134 m) in the distance, offering a stunning backdrop. The terrain is a mix of flat paths and subtle inclines, making it an exciting ride for any kind of horseback riders (experienced and unexperienced) Tulpar-Kol Lake: A serene alpine lake surrounded by yurt camps where you can rest, enjoy local cuisine, and take in the views. The lake sits at an altitude of about 3,500 metres, providing a great vantage point of the surrounding snow-capped peaks. -You can hike further around the area or relax by the lake before dinner time. Riding distance: 22 km, 14 miles Level: Easy Accent and Descent: 590/50 metres Highest and lowest points (hiking): 3500 /2920metres Accommodation altitude: 3500 m 11 482 feet (above sea level)
Day 2: Tulpar-kol lake – to the foot of Lenin Peak – Tulpar Kol

Lenin Peak

Breakfast.  Horse riding from the lake towards Peak Lenin glacier takes you straight up the valley into the Pamirs.  You are in sight of giant peaks, You will pass Peak Lenin Base Camp about 30 minutes in, and then continue, crossing several run-off streams. Avoid marmot holes. Horseback riding continues until Travellers pass then Get back to the camp with the same way. Experience challenging yet rewarding trails, crossing high-altitude landscapes with panoramic vistas. Riding distance: 17 km, 14 miles Level: Easy Accent and Descent: 650/40 metres Highest and lowest points : 4120 /3500 metres Accommodation type: same yurt camp Accommodation altitude: 3500 m 11 482 feet (above sea level)
Day 3: Tulpar kol through Tuyuk canyon to Sary-Mogol

Lenin Peak

Riding along the Magical Scenery of Tuyuk Canyon Experience the enchanting beauty of Canyon, located just 7 kilometres from Tulpar-Kol Lake. This neighbouring gorge captivates visitors with its expansive natural pastures set against the striking backdrop of the snow-capped Estonia and Latvia peaks. The bright valley is a visual delight, offering charming landscapes that perfectly capture the essence of the Alay valley. As you ride through this picturesque canyon, you’ll encounter herds of cattle grazing freely and locals living a traditional nomadic lifestyle. Summer pastures come alive with yurts, huts, where families embrace the rhythms of nature. Take a moment to soak in the serene surroundings. After this delightful break, continue your horseback journey back to Sary-Mogol.
