Itinerary
About 9:00 - 9:15 AM: Our driver will pick you up at your hotel to begin your journey to Cam Thanh Coconut Village and the lantern-making class.
Visit local craftsmen with skilful hands who will show you how to create brightly coloured lanterns. With expert guidance, you can make your own lantern as a meaningful gift for your family.
Immerse yourself in the peaceful atmosphere of Cam Thanh Village. Enjoy a relaxing boat trip through the beautiful coconut forest, participate in traditional fishing activities, catch crabs with local experts, and experience round-net and cast-net fishing as practised by local fishermen.
Learn how to paddle the unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat. Watch an exciting basket boat performance. Return to a fisherman’s house to enjoy lunch with mineral water.
12:30 PM: After finishing the Coconut Jungle Tour, we will take you back to your hotel or to our office for a short rest. You may also relax at a nearby coffee shop (about an hour) before preparing for the next trip to My Son Sanctuary.
1:00 – 1:30 PM: Our driver and tour guide will pick you up and continue the journey to explore My Son Sanctuary.
2:30 PM: At My Son, spend about 2 hours exploring the sanctuary with a local English-speaking guide, gaining insights into the history and culture of the ancient Champa civilisation. Stroll among centuries-old temples, admire their unique architecture, and enjoy a captivating traditional Champa dance performance (Apsara Dance).
4:30 PM: Return to the minivan and transfer to the wharf for a boat trip back to Hoi An. Enjoy the cool breeze on board and beautiful sunset scenery along the Thu Bon River, the largest river in Central Vietnam. Get your camera ready to capture daily life along the riverbanks. Enjoy Vietnamese banh mi during the boat trip.
6:00 PM: Arrive in Hoi An and drop-off at your hotel. Tour ends.
