Our staff will greet you and assist with check-in and boarding procedures. Please arrive 15–20 minutes before departure with your booking confirmation and ID to ensure a smooth process. If you arrive by car or taxi, you can be dropped off at the main gate of Bach Dang Wharf. Parking options are available nearby but may be limited during peak hours."
