Start your day with pickup from your accommodation in Maputo and travel towards the Eswatini border. After border formalities, continue to Hlane Royal National Park, one of Eswatini’s most important wildlife reserves.

Upon arrival, begin your safari experience inside the park in search of some of Southern Africa’s most iconic animals. Hlane is known for wildlife such as rhinos, lions, elephants, giraffes, hippos, zebras, antelopes and many bird species.

Your guide will help you understand the landscape, wildlife behaviour and the rhythm of the reserve as you explore different areas of the park. Depending on wildlife movement, weather and park conditions, the route may vary to give you the best possible safari experience.

During the day, stop at the park’s camp area to relax, use the facilities and enjoy lunch or refreshments. The camp area is also a good place to enjoy the natural surroundings and observe birds or wildlife near the waterhole when available.

After the safari experience, begin the return journey to Maputo, crossing back into Mozambique and arriving later in the day.
