We then head to the vineyard, where you will discover the rich history of grape-making on the island and the art of cultivating vines in this unique environment.

Our journey continues to the olive oil bottling unit, where you will gain an insight into the time-honored methods of storing and bottling our finest olive oil, crafted from the olives grown on our very own groves.

A stop at the traditional farmhouse ‘metohi’ is a must—a place where the great-grandparents of the family first laid the foundations of this agricultural legacy.

We finally lead you to the proud olive grove, where the storey comes full circle, inviting you to a profound journey into the history, cultivation and production of the eternal trees.

To cap off the experience, we return to the terrace for an olive oil tasting of exquisite traditional Cretan olive oil, paired with a homemade Cretan meal that seals this unforgettable adventure.
