Meet your instructor near Central Street in central Harbin and spend about 15 minutes getting to know them. Then, head to a local food market and explore the stalls for about an hour. Learn about regional ingredients and pick up everything you need for your cooking class.

After the market, transfer to the cooking venue by public transport if needed. Spend the next 1 hour and 45 minutes preparing your meal. Choose from local specialities, including Guo Bao Rou Crispy Pork and Di San Xian. Groups of 2 to 3 may prepare up to 2 dishes, groups of 4 to 6 up to 3 dishes, and groups of 7 to 15 up to 4 dishes.
