The half-day boat trip begins in Trier-Zurlauben and promises a relaxing experience on the water from the very start. Shortly after departure, we pass the first lock and experience the fascinating technology of the waterways up close. In Konz, we leave the Moselle and continue our journey on the Saar and the Saar Canal, accompanied by charming riverside landscapes, vineyards, and small towns.
Our destination is the picturesque Saarburg, which captivates with its unique waterfall in the middle of the old town, the imposing castle ruins, and numerous cosy cafés and alleys. Here you will have around two hours to explore the town at your leisure, stroll through the winding streets, or simply enjoy the special atmosphere. Another highlight is the bell foundry, which is located in close proximity to the jetty in Saarburg.
Afterwards, we will begin our relaxed return journey to the home port of the oldest city in Germany.
On board, you can let the impressions sink in and take in the idyllic landscape passing by with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee with a freshly prepared waffle. This makes the trip an all-around enjoyable experience on the water.
