Start your trip with a pickup from your hotel in Mu Cang Chai and transfer to the trekking point. Our local H’mong guide will lead you through some of the most scenic and hidden parts of Mu Cang Chai rice terrace valleys. You’ll stop at a famous viewpoint like Đồi Mâm Xôi (Raspberry Hill) or quieter panoramic spots, depending on the route and conditions.

Along the way, you'll walk through quiet rice terrace landscapes and remote mountain paths, occasionally meeting local H’mong people working in the fields, tending buffalo, or going about daily life in the highlands. Traditional villages can often be seen along the route, offering a glimpse into life in these remote mountain areas. Your guide, who is H’mong and speaks English, will not only lead your trek but also share insights into local culture, customs, food, and everyday life in the rice terrace region.

Lunch is included — either after your morning trek or before an afternoon one. You’ll have the special opportunity to enjoy a home-cooked meal with a local H’mong family and experience a taste of their daily life through food.
