Walk through the vineyards: With comfortable shoes on your feet, you will set off on a guided walk through the heart of our family vineyard, located in the Crozes-Hermitage appellation in the Northern Rhône Valley. We will explain the vine’s life cycle through the seasons: winter pruning, disbudding, flowering, and finally, hand-picked harvesting. You will discover how the terroir, combined with our signature grape varieties (Syrah, Marsanne, and Roussanne), gives rise to our organic wines. The idea is to lift the veil on everything you don’t see in a glass of wine… and all this against the peaceful backdrop of the Rhône Valley.
Cellar tour: After your walk, it’s time to head to our vinification and ageing cellar! Here, you will discover how the magic happens once the harvest is over. From pressing to devatting, from fermentation to ageing in French oak barrels, we will guide you through each stage of the winemaking process. This is your chance to go behind the scenes, breathe in the aroma of Syrah, hear the barrels breathe, and understand how the bunch of grapes becomes a bottle of wine.
Guided tasting: We conclude the day in style in our cellar, with a friendly and informal tasting of our various Crozes-Hermitage vintages (and sometimes a surprise!). We will explain to you how to taste wine, identify its aromas, and most importantly… how to trust your palate. There are no right or wrong answers here—just sharing, curiosity, and smiles over a good glass of wine.
