Experience the exhilaration of sea-level traversing, rock scrambling, jumping, and swimming in gullies and caves. Explore the island’s spectacular rocky coastline, turning rocks, cliffs, caves, and waves into playthings. Jumping is not compulsory, but most people like to try it.

Get fully kitted out with a 5mm wetsuit, helmet, and buoyancy aid. Bring footwear to get wet (trainers are best) and old shorts to wear over the wetsuit. Children under the age of 12 need to be accompanied by an adult.
