What you can expect

Guaitil is located 12 kilometres from Santa Cruz, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Cradle of Chorotega crafts with more than 1500 years of tradition where you can have a unique and inexplicable experience, a tradition that goes from generation to generation. Here at this site you can enjoy the step-by-step procedure of Chorotega pottery. You can also make your own pot in a class that you will not want to finish. Then there you can enjoy a typical lunch of the area, cooked over a wood fire.

Then we will take a short tour of Santa Cruz, known as the folkloric city of our country. Here we will give a short explanation of the customs and our ancestors, how this place came about (historical review) and also view a few of the outstanding images of Chorotega archaeology.
